ABOUT THE ROLE
As an HR Business Partner, you’ll deliver generalist HR support and business partnering services to leaders and employees. Initially, your focus will be on supporting one of our portfolios, with the potential for this to evolve as we progress through the upcoming amalgamation.
You’ll work closely with leaders to:
Provide guidance on workforce planning, performance, and development.
Support change management and organisational design initiatives.
Advise on employee relations and policy interpretation.
Champion HR best practices and contribute to continuous improvement.
Selected Duties:
Proven experience in HR generalist or business partnering roles
Experience in conducting workplace investigations and associated processes
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt to changing priorities.
A collaborative mindset and commitment to delivering high-quality HR support.

Skills & Experience

Relevant Degree / Post Graduate qualification and experience; or lesser formal qualifications with substantial experience and management expertise in technical or administrative fields; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
Desirable AHRI or equivalent Professional Membership
Must be an Australian Citizen to be able to gain and maintain a Baseline Security Clearance
