The Role:
Working from a home office, this permanent, full-time position reports to the National Sales Manager, Pain Management & Recovery. It is not a sales position, and responsibilities include:
• Assisting the sales team to build and maintain relationships with key clinical staff
• Presenting pain management & recovery products & providing training to clinical staff
• Attending Operating Theatre cases & providing verbal procedural support
• Ensuring equipment is set up & being used appropriately
• Training new company employees on products
• Assisting at professional trade shows & cadaver workshops
• Developing knowledge of competitive therapies for spine, knee, hip & shoulder pathologies
• Working in hospitals in Melbourne, with occasional country & interstate travel.
Your Background:
Candidates do not need to have worked in the private medical sector before, and should have a background as follows:
• Knowledge of how operating theatres function
• Tertiary qualifications in one of Physiotherapy, Radiography, Nursing, other Allied Health or Theatre Technician
• Positive, energetic approach
• Flexibility to work operating theatre hours & to cover cases at short notice if required, although most cases are pre-organised.
Training:
Comprehensive training will be provided at Sydney Head Office and in the field.
Salary Package:
The salary package includes:
• $110k base salary
• $20k car allowance 
• 12.0% superannuation 
• $20k annual performance bonus for achievement of KPIs.
