About the role:

We’re on the hunt for a skilled Senior Sous Chef to join our Rosebery kitchen leadership team. You’ll be working alongside our Head Chef to lead daily service, keep the team humming, and help deliver the kind of food that makes people want to come back. You’ll be hands-on, guiding the team through prep and service, while helping shape menus that champion seasonal, local produce.

You’ll be working closely with our Head Chef to run a tight ship across busy à la carte services, functions, and events. You’ll help lead the team, jump on the tools when needed, and play a key part in keeping standards high and the kitchen humming.

What we’re looking for:

2-3 years experience as a Sous Chef in a high-volume kitchen

Great cooking skills and a love for fresh, produce-driven food

Confidence in leading a team and keeping a cool head under pressure

Strong communication, solid organisation, and a genuine team spirit

A good sense of humour and a down-to-earth approach

Basic admin skills essential, including Cooking the Books & Deputy (or another rostering software)
