Job Brief – Production Supervisor
Location: Wetherill Park, NSW
Salary: $120,000 + Superannuation
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm

The Role
The Production Supervisor will oversee daily workshop operations, leading a team of six to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production output. This hands-on position combines team leadership, planning, and operational oversight, with responsibility for production scheduling, order tracking, and equipment supervision.
You’ll play a key role in driving performance, maintaining standards, and building a motivated team as the facility undergoes an exciting phase of growth and renewal.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and develop a production team of six.
• Manage production planning, scheduling, and workflow to meet deadlines.
• Oversee order tracking, material allocation, and equipment operation (including waterjet cutter).
• Maintain safety and quality compliance across all operations.
• Support process improvement and ensure a clean, efficient workplace.
• Perform hands-on production tasks when required.

Ideal Candidate

• Experienced leader from a manufacturing or workshop environment. ( Can read drawings and have a Forklift Licence )
• Strong organisational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Hands-on, proactive, and safety focused.
• Able to balance leadership with operational involvement.
