What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading and developing a team of 45
- You will have support of Team Leaders to help drive KPI's
- Supporting and mentoring team leaders to deliver on targets
- Driving a culture of accountability, safety, and performance
- Collaborating with senior operations to implement improvements

- $120K base inclusive super + shift loading (Approx $136,071 inclusive of super & shift loading)
- 5% Quarterly (3 monthly) Incentive Bonus on top of salary (not guarenteed)

About You
- Proven leadership experience in manufacturing or similar "Made to Order" environments.
- Strong communicator who leads by example
- Calm under pressure and confident in driving accountability
