The Role:
The ideal candidate will be proficient in all aspects of mortgage and business finance broking and must have a strong desire to assist their clients to fulfil their financial requirements, through their expert industry and product knowledge. Working closely with our existing referral network and assisting in growing that network even further will be critical to the successful candidate.

Your core duties & responsibilities will include:

Prepare and plan with clients to ascertain their financial situation and what requirements they have.

Working well and proficiently with other team members, as well as sharing information to ensure the customer experience is exceptional.

Having a strong product knowledge and research the industry regularly, to ensure advice provided is current and relevant.

Preparation and presentation of loan proposals and recommendations of lenders to clients and partners, to ensure they have been fully explained details to understand all options.

Keep all clients updated with your remarkable communication skills, to ensure they understand pauses and any delays should they occur.

Updating loan proposals due to any change of circumstances (if required)

Undergoing required CPD training throughout the year.

Effective management of the CRM and internal systems.

What you will need to succeed:

You have a thirst for industry knowledge and possess a drive to succeed through your can-do and client focussed attitude. You have a drive to perform and therefore to succeed.

About You:

You have proven written and oral communication, as well as interpersonal skills including demonstrated ability to build and sustain positive relationships. You are self-disciplined with remarkable organisational skills in order to meet targets, by being effective and efficient with your time.

Experience in retail or commercial banking highly regarded.

Preference for Cert 4 or Diploma in finance and mortgage broking.
