Rate: $350 + superannuation a day

About the Role
We're seeking an IT Onsite Support Specialist to provide hands-on and remote technical support to employees in our Perth office. You'll play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations, building strong relationships with end users, and maintaining our hardware and software environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver face-to-face and remote IT support for employees, ensuring timely and professional assistance.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues across a range of enterprise systems.
• Install, configure, and maintain laptops, desktops, printers, and other peripherals.
• Image and deploy laptops using the Standard Operating Environment via USB and Microsoft Intune.
• Conduct new joiner PC setups, orientation, and IT induction training.
• Manage and support office printers/scanners and meeting room A/V equipment, escalating issues when necessary.
• Maintain and update IT asset records using ServiceNow, ensuring accurate asset allocation and tracking.
• Assist with IT hardware lifecycle management - procurement, secure disposal, and replacements - in coordination with internal teams and vendors.
• Perform general IT office administration and housekeeping duties as required.

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in IT support or customer service within a corporate environment.
• Solid understanding of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and ITIL framework.
• Basic knowledge of networking fundamentals.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
