Application Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Level 2-3 support for enterprise applications across multiple environments
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve application issues in line with SLAs
• Liaise with software vendors and internal development teams to manage incidents and releases
• Monitor system performance and implement improvements for scalability and stability
• Perform root cause analysis and apply preventive measures to reduce downtime
• Manage application upgrades, patches, and configuration changes
• Contribute to documentation, knowledge base articles, and support processes
• Work collaboratively with business users to gather requirements and enhance usability

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience supporting business or enterprise applications (e.g. ERP, CRM, or bespoke systems)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Familiarity with SQL, PowerShell, or scripting for troubleshooting
• Understanding of APIs, integrations, and system interoperability
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Exposure to ITIL principles and ticketing tools such as ServiceNow or Jira
