Due to growth and expansion, Wine & Dine’m Catering is seeking a Senior Executive Chef to oversee and drive all kitchen operations across our well-established and highly regarded catering business.

This is a dynamic leadership role — not desk-bound, but also not purely hands-on. You’ll lead by example — working alongside our talented chefs to deliver premium events while driving performance, innovation, and operational excellence.

About the Role

Working closely with the Catering Operations Manager and Senior Kitchen Team, you’ll oversee and support all aspects of the kitchen, including:

Leadership across kitchen operations and team performance

HR support — recruitment, mentoring, training, and team development

Recipe costings, supplier negotiation, and menu innovation

Overseeing food safety, HACCP, and compliance systems

Managing budgets, supplier relationships, and cost controls

Innovating in menu design, service delivery, and presentation

Maintaining excellence in quality, efficiency, and guest satisfaction

Financial and KPI management

Compliance training and documentation

Rostering, timesheets, and workflow planning

About You

Minimum 4 years’ senior chef or catering management experience with a proven track record in a similar environment

Exceptional communication and time-management skills

Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and motivate a diverse team

Strong business acumen — able to manage budgets, costs, and achieve KPI/KAI targets

Collaborative leadership style with experience working across departments

Proactive, positive, and professional approach with the ability to adapt and evolve
