We’re seeking a reliable, professional, and people-focused Receptionist / Front Desk Coordinator to join our team. This is a long-term casual position with room for growth — perfect for someone who enjoys being around people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to build a career in the health and fitness industry.

You’ll be the first point of contact for our members and visitors — managing reception duties, handling administration tasks, assisting with marketing and sales activities, and ensuring the gym runs smoothly day to day.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience in reception, customer service, or administration

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Reliable, organised, and detail-oriented

Able to multitask and remain calm under pressure

Confident using Macs and iPhone-based apps

A positive, professional attitude and genuine interest in fitness, sport, or wellness

Hours of Work:

Monday: 3:45 PM – 8:30 PM
Tuesday: 3:45 PM – 8:30 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
