We’re a fast-paced, ever-growing company with clinics located in West End and Albion. Our team of 55+ passionate professionals work collaboratively to deliver exceptional, evidence-based care and create meaningful health outcomes for our clients and community.

We’re now seeking an experienced and motivated Practice Manager to join our leadership team and take charge of day-to-day operations, team development, and business growth across our vibrant multidisciplinary practices.

About the Role

As Practice Manager, you’ll oversee the smooth running of daily operations, financial performance, and administrational staff management across our clinics. You’ll work closely with our Operations Manager to drive efficiency, uphold compliance, and foster a culture of excellence for both patients and practitioners.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of daily practice operations and workflow

Manage budgets, billing, and financial reporting to meet business targets

Lead, mentor, and support clinical and administrative staff

Ensure compliance with healthcare, NDIS, and internal policy standards

Drive patient care excellence and continuous improvement initiatives

Develop and implement marketing strategies to support business growth

Utilize technology and reporting tools to enhance efficiency and transparency

Collaborate on long-term strategic planning and operational development

About You
