About the role
We are seeking an experienced Practice Manager & Dental Receptionist to join our thriving dental practice in Windsor, QLD. This role is the heart and soul of our practice and blends the duties of practice management and dental reception with a split working arrangement:
As the head of front of house, you will be the first point of contact with our patients, actively manage the books and run day to day practice logistics including supervising other auxiliary staff.
As our practice manager, you will have dedicated days each week set aside to perform traditional practice management duties including running and analysing key metrics, business development activities, financials and staff management.

Most appointments are 60 minutes. This allows us to create a genuine rapport with our patients and provide quality care
We spend time educating our patients about how oral health affects our overall health and our risk for various systemic diseases from chronic pain conditions, autoimmune disorders, cardiovascular and endocrine conditions
We collaborate with GPs, community bodies and other health professionals to provide comprehensive care
We run dental rescue days for vulnerable members in the community to provide dental care at no cost
We have a strong team dynamic which incorporates team development days and other team building initiatives to better our staff and our practice
Our clinic is a modern state of the art facility with cutting edge technology including photo biomodulation, CBCT and laser.
What we're looking for
At least 2-3 years of experience in a leadership, administrative or business development position. Specific practice management experience in dental industry is desirable but not mandatory
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to prioritise and manage competing demands
Excellent customer service and communication skills, with a friendly and professional demeanour
A team player with a positive attitude and a desire to contribute to the overall success of the practice
