Mine site and Roster:

With an expected mine life past 2035 you'll enjoy moving your career forward with this growing, progressive and profitable mining principal. The camp itself is located 1km from the site which offers minimal travel time each day. Also enjoy:

• FIFO from Brisbane or Townsville via charter flight

• Camp accommodation and meals provided

• Wet mess, newly revoted gym, pool, and other camp facilities

• Fly into Cloncurry and then BIBO to site

• Excellent food quality with majority of meals being made from scratch

Duties and team:

Join a crew of experienced diesel fitters on site, reporting into the leading hand on crew you will be responsible for looking after a range of machinery on site;-

• Surface workshop duties including servicing, maintenance, component changeouts

• Underground breakdowns as well as repairs and servicing in the underground workshop

• Looking after a range of UG mining equipment from trucks, boggers, drills, ground support equipment and other ancilary plant

Skills and experience

You will be trade qualified in light vehicle or heavy diesel with a minimum 1-2 years experience working civil, road transport or agricultural - whether that be light or heavy equivalent. Most importantly you will;-

• Have an eagerness to continue/learn the UG hard rock mining sector

• Have an excellent attitude towards work and developing new skills

• Be a team player and enjoy working with likeminded individuals

• Prioritises safety as number one
