As part of an exciting time in the company's development, we are expanding and seeking to take on a new blue-collar Recruitment Consultant, and we are willing to train you. Providing you have B2B Sales Experience, you can to play a key role in the growth of the company's blue-collar division.

Working in our Brisbane CBD Office. You will be in charge of utilising database searches, phone screenings, interviews, and postings on job boards. You will assist ETA's clients in finding qualified candidates for available jobs. All of this will be accomplished with the help of an encouraging team, an in-depth 9-module training program, and a market-leading commission structure will be provided. You will also be trained on how to do business development in the recruitment industry and sell our outsourced service to the market.

Requirements:

• Previous full-time work in a sales role
• Be available to work in a Brisbane CBD office during business hours - wfh is not offered
• C-class drivers - pool vehicle available for client meetings.
• Ability to build relationships with candidates and clients
• Confident phone manner
