The Role
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will manage and execute social media strategies across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok), with a strong emphasis on driving organic traffic through engaging posts and video content. You will play a crucial role in shaping our online presence.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, schedule, and publish regular content on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok, with a focus on video content that drives organic engagement.

Implement social media strategies to grow our follower base and increase engagement.

Create and edit captivating video content to showcase our products, share pet tips, and foster our online community.

Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and align content with overall marketing goals.

Monitor trends in social media, tools, and applications to stay current and propose new growth opportunities.

Build relationships with influencers and content creators to expand our brand reach.

Analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies to optimize performance.

Engage with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and fostering community interaction.

Assist with content creation for social media campaigns and promotions.

Ideal Candidate

Proven experience in social media management, particularly with a focus on video content (e.g., Instagram Reels, TikTok).

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Strong understanding of social media algorithms and organic posting strategies.

Familiarity with social media management and analytics tools.

Excellent communication skills with a creative flair for generating engaging content ideas.
