Events Co-ordinator – Rose & Crown Hotel

Rose & Crown Hotel is one of Western Australia's most iconic hospitality venues, home to award-winning restaurants, vibrant bars, and stunning heritage spaces that host everything from intimate dinners to weddings and corporate events.

We are now seeking a dynamic and highly organised Events Co-ordinator to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves creating memorable guest experiences, and enjoys seeing an event come to life from start to finish.

About the Role

You will be the central point of contact for all private and group bookings across our venues. From initial enquiry through to post-event follow-up, you'll ensure every detail is seamless working closely with our management crew, kitchen, and front-of-house teams to deliver outstanding hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

Manage event enquiries, quotes, and bookings for weddings, corporate functions, and social gatherings, group bookings

Coordinate logistics, menus, run sheets, and staffing in collaboration with venue and kitchen teams

Conduct site inspections and client meetings

Prepare proposals and event summaries

Liaise with suppliers and contractors as required

Maintain accurate event records and ensure billing accuracy

Represent the venue with professionalism and genuine hospitality at all times

About You

Experience in event coordination, venue sales, or hospitality operations

Prefer 3-5 years of event coordination experience

Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills

Strong communication and customer service focus

Proficient with booking systems, spreadsheets, and general administration

Able to work weekends and evenings as required for events
