About the role
Manoah House Aged Care Facility is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Lifestyle Co-Ordinator to join our dedicated team. This full-time role will be based in Martin, WA 6110 and will play a key part in enhancing the quality of life for our residents.

What you'll be doing
Developing and implementing a diverse range of lifestyle activities to engage and stimulate residents
Coordinating and overseeing the delivery of recreational, social, and therapeutic programs
Collaborating with the multidisciplinary care team to ensure activities align with individual resident needs and preferences
Maintaining detailed records and reports on resident participation and program outcomes
Fostering a warm, welcoming, and inclusive environment that promotes resident wellbeing
Proactively engaging with residents, families, and staff to gather feedback and continuously improve the lifestyle program
Ensuring compliance with all relevant aged care regulations and standards
Police clearance, or valid NDIS clearence required before commencement
What we're looking for
Relevant tertiary qualification in Leisure and Lifestyle, Recreational Therapy, or a related field
Acceptable qualifications include Leisure Studies, Recreation Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Community Services
Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role within the aged care sector
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with residents, families, and the wider care team
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
A genuine passion for enriching the lives of older adults and a commitment to person-centred care
Knowledge of relevant aged care legislation, standards, and best practices
Proficiency in the use of technology to support lifestyle programming and record-keeping
