About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Showroom Sales & Service Co-ordinator to join our team at Macfarlane Generators Pty Ltd in Rockingham, WA. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, assisting with in-store sales and coordinating service activities.

What You'll Be Doing

Greeting and assisting customers in our showroom, understanding their needs and matching them with the right products and services

Processing sales transactions, including generating quotes, placing orders and handling customer payments

Coordinating the scheduling and delivery of service jobs, liaising with our technical team to ensure prompt and efficient turnaround

Maintaining detailed records and documentation related to sales, service jobs and customer enquiries

Contributing to the overall success of the showroom through effective inventory management and merchandising

Providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships with our clients

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in a similar sales or customer service role, ideally within the Power Generation retail, trade or service industry

Minimum 1-2 years of customer service experience is required for this position

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers and provide exceptional service

Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively

Familiarity with sales processes, inventory management and customer relationship management

Proficient with relevant computer software and technologies

A positive, proactive and customer-focused attitude

Trade qualification in mechanical and/or electrical disciplines is required

Australian work authorisation is required for this position
