What You’ll Be Doing
Proactively call new prospects daily, qualifying them and booking meetings for our New Business Development Managers.
Manage a portfolio of existing accounts beyond day-to-day transactions, protecting and growing their spend over the phone.
Proactively promote our product ranges by sharing specials and helping customers discover new solutions.
Prepare quotes and proposals, negotiate with clients, and secure sales.
Keep everything on track in our CRM platform — ensuring accurate, real-time customer records.

What We’re Looking For
Minimum 5 years’ experience in the workforce, with a proven ability to adapt and grow in dynamic environments.
Sales experience not essential — we value attitude, curiosity, and drive over a perfect résumé. With the right mindset, training, and cultural fit, Restock will set you up for success.
Strong communication skills, with confidence in building rapport over the phone and email.
Proven prospecting skills.
Organised, proactive, and comfortable working with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms. HubSpot ,MYOB EXO.
Bonus points if you’ve sold consumer-based goods and have sharp negotiation skills.

Keeping accurate CRM records and supporting smooth team operations.
