Join our busy Brisbane warehouse team as a Supervisor. We're seeking someone who can lead from the front and ensure safe, efficient warehouse operations.

About the Role:

Supervise, coach, and support staff to create a positive and productive environment

Champion safety at all times and promote a culture of safe work practices

Oversee stock levels, cycle counts, container handling, and pallet management

Coordinate with contractors, AQIS officers, and logistics partners for smooth daily operations

Maintain high standards of customer service, housekeeping, and process efficiency

Monitor and optimise labour and consumables usage to help control costs

What You'll Bring:

Minimum 5 years' experience in warehouse supervision or a senior storeperson role

Strong skills in team leadership, numeracy, and basic IT

Effective and clear communication-both written and verbal

Experience with problem solving and setting work priorities in a fast-moving environment

Commitment to continuous improvement and upholding food safety procedures
