The Role

The successful candidate will begin by managing a $600k project in Adelaide's North, taking responsibility as both Project Coordinator/Contract Administrator and Project Manager. This initial project provides an opportunity to become familiar with the business, its processes, and its team while overseeing site coordination, project administration, and stakeholder communication.

Upon completion, you will transition into a broader Project Manager role, delivering a variety of commercial, education, and high-end residential projects in the Metropolitan Adelaide Area. The position offers long-term career progression, with pathways to advance to either Senior Site Manager or Senior Project Management, depending on your strengths and preferred career direction. Flexible working arrangements, including early finishes onsite and work-from-home options, are supported.

This role is ideal for candidates ready to progress from a Contracts Administrator or Junior Project Manager, or similar role.

• Strong organisational skills, clear communication, and a practical approach to project delivery.
• Confident in taking ownership, managing multiple priorities, and collaborating effectively with teams and clients.
• Requires 3+ years’ experience with a commercial builder.
• Experience may come from a trade background or a Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Civil, or Engineering.
• Suited to individuals ready to expand responsibilities and grow into a Project Manager pathway.
