The Opportunity

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Site Supervisor to take the next step into Project Management. You will start with a hands-on project, taking ownership from day one, and gain exposure to a variety of builds, including commercial, heritage, and high-end residential projects.

The role is designed to bridge the gap between site supervision and project management, giving you practical experience in both site coordination and project oversight while learning the business from the inside out.

What the Role Involves

• Lead a $600k project in Adelaide's North, managing day-to-day site activities while also taking on project administration and stakeholder communication.
• Gain experience in planning, scheduling, and reporting, preparing you to transition into a broader Project Manager role.
• Work across multiple sectors including commercial, education, and high-end residential, developing a varied skillset.
• Enjoy flexible working arrangements, with options for early finishes onsite and work-from-home days.

Who You Are

• An experienced Site Supervisor or Coordinator ready to move into project management.
• Organised, practical, and confident taking ownership of your work while collaborating with clients and teams.
• Experienced in commercial construction for 3+ years, with either a trade background or a Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Civil, or Engineering.
• Motivated to develop both technical skills and leadership capabilities, with the goal of advancing to Senior Site Manager or Project Manager.
