As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced hands on Duty Manager's and Supervisors to lead our talented team. Responsibilities include supporting the hands on Restaurant Manager's and Director's in team leadership, overseeing daily operations, managing staff and overseeing execution of functions, conferences and events.

Key Aspects:

Responsible for daily operations including efficient multitasking for restaurant operation, maintaining productivity, quality and customer service standards.

Opening and closing the venue

Leadership, coaching and support for a dynamic FOH team (50+ employees) in a positive, encouraging manner.

Training and consistent evaluation of employee performance.

High standard of personal presentation and conduct.

Effective communication with managers, supervisors, department heads, colleagues and customers.

Providing daily handover and commentary to management as requested.

Attention to detail, ensuring high-quality outcomes.

Emergency warden duties and response to on-site first aid situations.

Requirements:

A relevant diploma with at least 1 year of relevant experience. Alternatively, at least 3 years of relevant experience.

Proven track record in managing fast-paced restaurant/café/hotel with strong leadership skills (up to 15+ FOH staff per shift).

Ability to work and support a team under pressure.

Experience in overseeing conferences and events with high attention to detail.

Strong leadership, motivational and people skills.

Excellent English and written skills.

Commitment to weekend work and public holidays within outer-limit guidelines.
