Summary
Role: Disability Support Worker (Casual / Contract)
Where: Campbelltown & Parramatta (Sydney Metro)
Pay: $35 – $42 per hour
Shifts: Flexible, including weekdays, weekends, and evenings

About the Role
You’ll be working in community and home environments, supporting people to live life their way.
Every day is different, and every day makes a difference.
Your work may include:
Providing personal care and assistance with daily living
Supporting clients with meal preparation and household tasks
Encouraging independence and participation in community activities
Accompanying clients to appointments and social outings
Implementing personalized care plans and maintaining accurate documentation
What You’ll Need
Certificate III in Individual Support (or equivalent qualification)
Minimum 6 months’ experience in disability or aged care support
Current First Aid (HLTAID011) and CPR certification
NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working With Children Check, and Police Check
Current Driver’s License and reliable vehicle
Strong communication, patience, and interpersonal skills
Desirable:
Manual Handling, Medication Support, or Mental Health/Autism/Complex Care training.
Important: All pre-employment requirements must be 100% completed and verified before proceeding to training or onboarding.
