💼 ABOUT THE ROLES

We’re seeking enthusiastic and experienced individuals who thrive in fast-paced, customer-first environments. Whether it’s pouring the perfect pint, delivering a five-star dining experience, assisting our gaming guests, or being the friendly face of our new Bottlemart store — every role is key to delivering the Queens Hotel standard of service.

You’ll be part of a dynamic, supportive team that takes pride in creating great experiences every day across our venues and retail outlets.

🔹 WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Providing high-quality customer service across hospitality or retail environments

Assisting customers with food, beverage, gaming, and retail purchases

Maintaining clean, safe, and well-presented work areas

Supporting daily operations, stock control, and merchandising

Upholding compliance, RSA/RSG, and licensing standards

Working collaboratively with team members across departments

🔸 WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

RSA & RSG certification (required for bar/gaming roles)

Open driver’s licence (required for retail delivery role)

Previous experience in hospitality, retail, or customer service

Friendly, professional attitude and strong communication skills

Passion for quality service and teamwork

Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and public holidays
