About the role

We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Food & Beverage Attendant to join our team at Club Toowoomba on a casual basis. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members and guests in our bar and restaurant areas. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.

What you'll be doing

Greeting and seating customers, and taking food and drink orders

Preparing and serving beverages, such as cocktails, wines, and beers

Assisting with food service, including delivering meals to customers

Restocking and maintaining the bar and dining areas

Providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience

Adhering to all relevant health, safety, and licensing regulations

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a food and beverage or customer service role, preferably within the hospitality industry

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service

Knowledge of food and beverage service procedures, including responsible service of alcohol

A friendly, professional, and reliable attitude

The ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure

A current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification
