Seeking a confient Contract Administrator to join a boutique commercial fitout firm. Ideally someone that holds project experience valued up to $5M. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone confident in taking ownership quickly and supporting a busy project team from day one.

You’ll be working closely with the Project Manager, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure the project runs smoothly - from procurement through to cost tracking and delivery.

We’re after someone proactive, practical, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where initiative is key.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and administer contracts, variations, and progress claims
• Oversee procurement and purchasing of subcontractors and materials
• Support cost planning, budgeting, and forecasting
• Maintain project financials and reporting
• Liaise with project stakeholders to ensure timely coordination and delivery
• Assist the Project Manager with project documentation and compliance

About You

• Proven experience as a Contract Administrator on commercial fitout or refurbishment projects up to $5M
• Strong understanding of procurement, budgeting, and forecasting
• Excellent communication and organisation skills
• Ability to jump straight in — confident, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Available for an immediate start

This role is open toQuantity Surveyors on Working Holiday Visaswith relevant experience.
