We are currently working with a well-known construction and engineering contractor on a major rail infrastructure project in Sydney’s Southwest. Due to project demands, they’re seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor for a 2–3 month temp role with the potential to extend.

This is a site-based position with on-site parking provided.

The role will include:

• Supporting commercial management across major infrastructure works
• Cost reporting, budgeting and forecasting
• Managing subcontractor procurement and variations
• Contract administration, compliance, and document control
• Monitoring risk, financials and change management processes

We're looking for:

• Construction/engineering project experience – ideally on large infrastructure projects
• Strong commercial acumen and contract administration skills
• Excellent reporting and stakeholder management
• UK project experience highly desirable (but not essential)
• Rail experience highly desirable (but not essential)
• Relevant qualifications in Construction, Engineering, or Quantity Surveying
