The Job…..

Reporting to the Senior Compliance Specialist, you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Accurately inputting and maintaining customer identification and verification data across multiple platforms.
  • Conducting KYC and AML checks in line with internal and regulatory requirements.
  • Communicating with customers to obtain required documentation or clarify information.
  • Assisting with transaction monitoring and reporting anomalies where necessary.
  • Supporting compliance-related projects, including process improvement and system updates.
  • Ensuring all records are complete, accurate, and audit-ready at all times.

This role is a 1-month rolling temporary contract, offering an immediate start with potential for extension depending on business needs and performance.

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

  • Minimum 12 months’ experience in administration, customer service, or data entry.
  • Prior exposure to the financial services sector is advantageous.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills (intermediate to advanced level).
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent organisation and time-management abilities, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
