Sales Estimator – Luxury Custom Homebuilder
Location: Brisbane Central, QLD
Salary: $100,000 – $120,000 + Super (Depending on experience)

About the Role Reporting to the Estimating Manager, you’ll be responsible for producing accurate, detailed take-offs and sales estimates for bespoke residential projects. Working closely with the design and sales teams, you’ll ensure every project is costed efficiently and aligned with the company’s high standards for quality and client satisfaction.

Your estimating expertise will play a vital role in supporting seamless project delivery and maintaining the company’s reputation as a leader in luxury home construction.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed and accurate take-offs and cost estimates for high-end residential projects.
• Collaborate with the design and sales teams to ensure all project costings and variations are completed efficiently and accurately.
• Manage the end-to-end sales estimating process with a strong focus on client satisfaction and design integrity.
• Continuously improve estimating systems and processes to enhance workflow and efficiency.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Sales Estimating role within the residential building industry.
• Proven experience working on custom or luxury homes.
• Proficiency with Databuild (required or highly advantageous).
• Strong attention to detail, exceptional organisational skills, and a collaborative mindset.
• A proactive approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
