We are looking for reliable Head Chef

We are a busy bistro/pub located in Bankstown looking for reliable & hard working chef

If you are interested in being involved in a fast paced, love food and want a new challenge, you could be just who we are looking for!

Previous experience is essential as part of your role will be to ensure the standards and presentation of the operation is maintained.

Skills required include:

Good all round experience in all areas of kitchen operation.

minimum 4 years experience in a Bistro/restaurant kitchen

Fast paced environment & be able to prioritise and multi-task

Strong communication skills

Excellent presentation

Self confidence and reliability

Can do attitude to service with ability to work alone

Have solid knowledge of health, safety & sanitisation procedures

Have a personable and flexible attitude

You must be polite and professional

must be able to work a variety of shifts including nights and weekends

You need to have unrestricted rights to work in Australia.

Regular hours (up to 40 pw) are available for the right person.
