About the role
From sourcing candidates, posting advert, shortlisting, screening, booking interviews, references and documentation management – this role does it all supporting our recruitment consultants meet business requirements onboarding new starters. Our team takes pride in quality and a continuous improvement focus which shines across thorough background and safety checks, document & contract preparation and delivering exceptional customer service.
About you
You’ll bring strong accountability and an ageless maturity to your work, with energy, focus and the ability to create order out of a constantly growing inbox you’ll be someone able to maintain exceptional attention to detail, juggle multiple priorities, ensure effective communication and progress in a role where no two days are the same. You’ll be adaptable, proactive, and flourish in a fast-paced environment. In addition, you will also possess:
- Qualifications in HR or similar are highly regarded – if you’re still studying that’s fine but this is a full-time busy role so time management would be vital
- Great communication and candidate management experience, with the ability to influence outcomes
- Strong experience in administration (typing 50WPM or above would be required to be efficient), with document management, reporting and data entry skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to learn complex processes quickly, and apply changes on the go
- An understanding of (in-house) hiring practices, ideally including the application of Awards, Agreements and employment requirements
- Systems savvy across MS Office (including Excel) with the ability to learn new systems quickly
- Team work, team work, and team work is an absolute must
- Drivers licence
- National Police Clearance (obtained within the last six months)
