The Role:

End-to-end project management across multiple industrial/commercial builds (up to $30M).

Overseeing design development, procurement, programming, and delivery.

Managing project budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.

Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.

Leading and mentoring site teams to ensure quality, safety, and timelines are met.

Identifying and mitigating project risks to ensure smooth delivery.

Reporting regularly to senior management and stakeholders on progress.

About You:

Minimum 5 years' experience as a Project Manager in the industrial/commercial sector.

Proven background delivering tilt-up or similar scale construction projects.

Strong financial, programming, and contract management skills.
