Summary:
As Clinical Care Manager, you will lead and empower a multidisciplinary care team, including Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses, and Carers, to deliver high-quality, person-centred care.
Your leadership will influence team culture, strengthen clinical outcomes, and ensure compliance with aged care standards, all while promoting dignity, respect, and choice for every resident.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide effective leadership, guidance, and mentorship to clinical and care teams.
- Oversee the delivery of safe, high-quality, person-centred care.
- Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards, AN-ACC, and internal policies.
- Collaborate with residents, families, and allied health professionals to maintain accurate, individualised care plans.
- Monitor clinical risk, lead audits, and champion continuous quality improvement.
- Drive accreditation readiness and manage responses to incidents, feedback, and complaints.
- Maintain oversight of medication administration, infection control, and documentation standards.
- Coordinate staffing levels, onboarding, and rostering to support operational efficiency.
- Foster a culture of inclusion, respect, and cultural safety within the home.
Requirements:
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (Essential).
- Proven experience as a Clinical Care Manager or equivalent leadership role in residential aged care.
- Strong understanding of Aged Care Quality Standards, AN-ACC funding, and compliance frameworks.
- Expertise in clinical assessment, documentation, and risk management.
- Demonstrated leadership with a people-focused and solution-oriented approach.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence using electronic care and documentation systems.
