About the Role

As the Facility Manager you will oversee:

• Overseeing operational management of the facility.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire clinical and care teams to deliver safe, high-quality, person-centred care.
• Oversee clinical governance, accreditation, and compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards.
• Manage rostering, budgets, and staffing to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
• Collaborate with residents, families, and allied health professionals to support holistic wellbeing.
• Drive continuous improvement and foster a culture of learning and compassion.

About You

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse - Essential
• Proven experience in a senior aged care leadership role as a Facility Manager
• Solid tenure in previous roles is key as the current manager has been there for over 5 years so they want stability
• Strong knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards, clinical governance, and compliance frameworks.
• Up to date on the changes to the Aged Care Standards - essential
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• A genuine passion for supporting older Australians and leading by example.
• Someone who align with their values and implement them day to day in their work
