You’ll work closely with senior lawyers on a diverse range of matters for major insurers, providing meaningful paralegal support across all stages of the claims process.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Reviewing and summarising records, reports, and disclosure.
• Preparing lists of documents and briefs to Counsel.
• Drafting court documents and letters to experts.
• Managing case files, data entry, and maintaining accurate records.
• Conducting legal research and supporting the litigation process.

About You

• Previous experience as a Paralegal, ideally within insurance, litigation or CTP.
• Excellent communication, research and drafting skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet chargeable targets.
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Positive, proactive, and team-focused attitude.

The Details

• Firm: Mid-tier, National
• Type: Full-time, 8:30am - 5pm Monday - Friday (alternate hours available on request)
• Location: Brisbane CBD
• Salary: Up to $90k + superannuation (experience dependent)
• Contract: Permanent position, created due to growth of matters
