The role

As a Banking and Finance Paralegal, you will be working with a team of 2 other Paralegals. You will be managing commercial banking files. Duties include -

• Legal research
• Drafting and reviewing loan agreements and mortgages
• Dealing with clients
• Providing legal support to senior lawyers to settle files
• Organising settlements through PEXA
• General file management duties

Your experience

You will have a minimum of 1 year Banking and Finance Paralegal experience.

National law firm with a dynamic culture. 26 staff in their Brisbane CBD office. Excellent training and processes. Salary negotiable dependent upon experience ($70,000 - $108,000 Package including Super). Also offer 1 day a week WFH.
