
Digital Growth & Inbound Lead Manager

Greenrock Advisory is hiring a hands-on growth marketer to own our inbound engine end-to-end. You’ll manage paid partners, build funnels and lead magnets, run EDMs and automations, make practical Salesforce changes, coordinate creators, and shoot/edit short videos that convert to booked appointments and sales.
What you’ll do
Translate revenue targets into channel plans across paid, email, social, and content.
Own day-to-day with paid media partners (briefs, creative pipeline, QA, budgets, weekly readouts).
Architect high-converting funnels: ad → landing page → nurture → booked in-home → sale.
Plan, build, and send EDMs (minimum two per week); design segmented journeys and retargeting.
Make admin-level Salesforce updates (objects/fields, flows/automations, attribution, reports).
Produce short-form office content (hooks, scripts, filming, editing) and lead our social cadence.
Maintain dashboards (UTMs/GA4/CRM) and run weekly experiments to improve CPL, CVR, and show-up rate.
Partner tightly with Sales to ensure lead quality, SLAs, and feedback loops.
Must-have skills
Funnel Architecture & CRO: Proven ability to design and optimise full-funnel journeys with clear hypotheses, A/B tests, and measurable lifts in CPL/CPA.
Lead Magnet Production: End-to-end creation of eBooks/checklists/calculators/case studies, including landing pages, EDM sequences, and performance reporting.
High-Conversion Copywriting: Sharp, compliant copy for ads, LPs, emails, and scripts using frameworks (AIDA/PAS).
Salesforce Fluency: Confident making practical admin changes and building accurate source attribution and dashboards.
Lifecycle/EDMs: Segmentation, deliverability, automations, and cadence management with results.
Short-Form Video: Shoot and edit phone-first content (CapCut/Premiere/Final Cut) aligned to funnel objectives.
Collaboration & Ownership: Moves fast with paid partners, creators, and Sales; owns outcomes, not activities.
