We are seeking an experienced and proactive Rostering Manager to lead our rostering operations, ensuring efficient workforce planning, fair scheduling, and smooth day-to-day coordination of support services.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the rostering team, providing guidance and support.
Oversee and manage all staff rosters across the organisation.
Develop, maintain, and optimise efficient and compliant rosters.
Coordinate shift allocations, replacements, and leave approvals.
Liaise with HR, team leaders, and management to ensure adequate coverage.
Participate in the on-call roster every 4 weeks.
Identify and implement creative, practical rostering solutions.
Skills & Experience
Proven experience managing a rostering or scheduling team (preferably in disability, healthcare, or aged care).
Strong leadership, communication, and written skills.
Excellent problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
Ability to think outside the box and manage competing priorities.
Proficiency in rostering systems and Microsoft Office.
