- Current full driver’s license
- A commitment to mental health recovery and the ability to use strengths-based approaches to empower consumers.
- Strong interpersonal skills to engage with clients and collaborate with the Local Health District (LHD), as well as the ability to advocate
- A good understanding of local resources and community access (highly regarded)
- Experience with administrative tasks and documentation systems
- Familiarity with or willingness to learn about the Recovery Framework
- Risk assessment skills to ensure client safety and well-being.
What We Offer

- The chance to make a tangible difference in people’s lives by supporting them in achieving their recovery goals.
- A supportive and collaborative work environment with regular supervision and guidance.
- The opportunity to be part of a new and highly successful program that has gained recognition from senior staff at the Local Health District.
