About the Role:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Mental Health Support Workers to provide tailored supports to a couple of our female participant with intellectual mental health conditions. The successful candidates will assist them in engaging with the community and participating in daily activities, fostering independence and social connection.

Key Responsibilities:

Support participants in attending community activities such as visits to the library, swimming pools, shopping and medical appoinments

Provide transportation to the day program located at Oran Park and or were ever they need to go according to support plan

Facilitate engaging activities including arts and crafts, shopping, and basic computer skills.

Offer prompting and guidance with a morning routine (including medication) to help them start their day confidently.

Provide motivation and encouragement to promote participation and independence.

Ideal Candidate:

Has personal or professional experience with complex mental health needs.

Holds relevant qualifications in mental health, disability support, or a related field.

Resides in or around Lilyfield, NSW.

Demonstrates patience, empathy, and strong communication skills.

Is reliable, proactive, and committed to supporting individual goals and well-being.
