Phoenix Civil & Earthmoving is a locally owned and operated civil construction company based in Albany, WA. We deliver a wide range of civil and earthmoving projects across the Great Southern region, including subdivisions, roadworks, infrastructure, drainage, and bulk earthworks.

Key Responsibilities

Project Delivery

Assist with day-to-day project planning, scheduling, and coordination

Support the preparation of project documentation, including ITPs, QA forms, and as-built records

Undertake site inspections, measurements, and progress tracking

Assist with procurement, cost control, and subcontractor coordination

Technical & Site Support

Conduct basic surveying and set-out assistance as required

Monitor works to ensure compliance with design, safety, and environmental standards

Assist with preparation of reports, correspondence, and technical documentation

Safety & Quality

Promote and maintain a safe working environment in line with company policies

Ensure works comply with quality standards and project specifications

Participate in toolbox meetings and safety briefings

Qualifications and Experience

Essential:

Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering (or similar discipline)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Sound computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and work hands-on

Current valid driver’s licence

Desirable:

Experience (even limited) in civil construction or earthworks

Knowledge of project management and quality assurance systems

Familiarity with design drawings and survey principles
