Due to an exciting growth phase, we are currently seeking an Accounts Receivable Officer on a 6 month contract to join our vibrant, expanding team.

As the Accounts Receivable Officer at Novated Lease Australia, your role will play a pivotal role in our finance team, responsible for managing and overseeing financial transactions related to novated leases. You will ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in financial processes while contributing to the overall success of our novated lease operations.

This role will require the successful candidate to be in our North Sydney Office 3 days per week, with the remaining 2 at home.

Reporting to the Trust and AR Officer, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Allocate daily lease payments received on behalf of our customers.

Allocate daily brokerage payments for the establishment of new leases.

Perform daily bank reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.

Provide accurate statements to clients upon request.

Perform general administrative duties and assist with other ad-hoc tasks as needed.

a background in accounting or finance
