This isn’t a role for the faint-hearted, you’ll be supporting a larger-than-life CEO/Entrepreneur whose world moves at lightning speed. His business is booming, his life is hectic, and he needs someone sharp, connected, and unflappable to keep everything running seamlessly across both business and home.

The Role

You’ll be the right hand, gatekeeper, and trusted confidant, managing a fast-paced mix of business and private priorities. From boardrooms to family dinners, private jets to investor meetings, no two days will ever look the same.
You’ll also be the polished face of your Executive, liaising with HNW stakeholders, investors, and global VIPs with confidence and discretion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage an ever-changing calendar, inbox, and travel schedule with precision
  • Coordinate private and family logistics, household, staff, gifting, events, and travel
  • Build trusted relationships across VIP networks and key business stakeholders
  • Anticipate needs before they arise, keeping your Executive one step ahead
  • Represent your Executive with poise, professionalism, and warmth

About You

  • 10+ years as a high-level EA/Private EA within HNWI, Family Office, or entrepreneurial environments
  • Experience supporting big personalities with grace and humour
  • Immaculately presented with exceptional communication skills
  • Stable career history (2–3 years minimum per role essential)
  • Tech-savvy, solutions-focused, and calm under pressure
  • Flexibility to work onsite full-time in Sydney CBD and after hours when needed
