Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and organized individual who is passionate about music, to fill our part-time Bar Venue Manager position. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of our bar and live music operations, ensuring a high-quality experience for our customers and smooth execution of events.

Key Responsibilities:

Staff Management: Hire, train, schedule, and supervise bartenders.

Operations: Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, and manage inventory to ensure the bar is well-stocked.

Safety and Compliance: Ensure venue health and safety standards are maintained, conduct safety audits, and oversee crowd control and liquor licensing compliance.

Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service and act as a point of contact for clients, vendors, and promoters. Address any issues that arise during events and handle customer inquiries and feedback.

Qualifications and Skills:

Previous experience in bar or hospitality management.

Proven leadership and staff management skills.

Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, in this part-time capacity.

Knowledge of inventory management and cost control.

Passion for the hospitality industry and a dedication to creating a positive atmosphere.
