Responsibilities

Ensure the Building Services scope is delivered in full and compliant with all standards & scope requirements.

Subcontractor management

Collaboration and coordination with the wider project team & all stakeholders

Provide technical expertise and guidance throughout the project

Design, Construction & Commissioning programme coordination

Stay abreast of all technological, best practice & statutory changes within the industry.

Qualifications/Skills:

Tertiary qualifications in Construction or Building Services Engineering (or related field) – Electrical, Mechanical Engineering

3+ years industry experience

Knowledge of relevant codes & standards

Strong communication skills

We are open to applicants who either have previous Building Services Engineering experience through working as a Builder, Project Engineers & Managers from a HVAC or Electrical background or Consulting Engineers looking to get involved in more site based activities. With the right attitude, we will work with you to grow into a CSI Services Engineer.
