Concrete Supervisor

We’re looking for an experienced Concrete Supervisor to lead our crews across commercial and residential projects throughout South East QLD.

What you’ll be doing:

Supervising day-to-day site operations and concrete crews

Coordinating formwork, steel fixing, and concrete placement

Reading and interpreting plans and drawings

Managing site safety, quality control and scheduling

Liaising with builders, clients, and subcontractors

What we’re looking for:

Proven experience in concreting and formwork (commercial experience preferred)

Strong leadership and communication skillls and ability to manage crews and meet deadlines

What we offer:

Minimum 2–3 years concreting experience (commercial preferred)

White Card + driver’s licence
