Concreter Leading Hand/Foreman Required

Full time wages $60/hr + super + allowances + bonuses

The applicant must

- Have a good attitude towards work, colleagues clients and others on site.

Be able to organise and run a small crew unsupervised for small periods, with assistance from the director/project manager.

- Understand how to set out a job.

- Experience with earthworks prep, steel prep and boxing, basic formwork, footings and slabs placement and finishing.

- Experience finishing slabs essential

- Experience operating an excavator/positrack an advantage, we can get you a ticket if needed.

-Be able to direct steelfixers when required. we try to make the labour for our own guys as easy as can be.

- Advantageous if applicant is looking to step up into a self-managed foreman role.

- Willing to work away from home occasionally (small stints approx 2 weeks, travel and accommodation paid)

- Able to pass a drug and alcohol test (requirement for airport sites)

- Have your own basic tool kit. (Screeds, floats, battery tool kit, tool belt, hand tools)

- Possibility of a work truck and tools being provided after probation.
