Experienced Team Leader/ Site Supervisors

Your Duties

Leading on-site teams to deliver projects safely, on time, and to a high standard

Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and equipment

Ensuring compliance with WHS and environmental requirements

Communicating with project managers and clients to maintain smooth operations

Taking ownership of day-to-day site progress and problem solving

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience as a Team Leader, Site Supervisor, or similar role in landscape or playground construction.

Strong people management and leadership skills

Ability to read and interpret plans, drawings, and specifications

Excellent organisation, communication, and problem-solving abilities

White Card (essential); other tickets/licences (machinery, first aid, etc.) highly regarded

Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork

Playground construction including associated aspects such as rubber soft fall and artificial turf installation, Installation of play equipment etc would be advantageous.
