We’re looking for a compassionate and detail-oriented NDIS Plan Manager to join our team. If you enjoy helping people, solving problems, and making a real impact, this could be the perfect role for you.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Supporting Participants – Helping individuals and families understand their NDIS plan, funding, and guidelines.

Processing Invoices – Ensuring providers are paid accurately and on time.

Answering Questions – Providing clear, patient, and friendly guidance to participants.

Ensuring Compliance – Keeping everything aligned with NDIS guidelines to avoid issues.

A Great Communicator – You enjoy taking calls and can explain complex information in a simple, supportive way.

Detail-Oriented & Organised – High-volume, accurate data entry comes naturally to you.

A Problem-Solver – You can think on your feet and find solutions quickly.

Experience with NDIS Plan Management– Prior knowledge of NDIS Plan Management is ideal however, bookkeeping, administration or finance experience is a plus.

Tech-Savvy – Comfortable with CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and Zoom.
